Our Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora Map will show you where to find Tarsyu Saplings and Bellsprigs along with highlighting notable locations on Pandora.

The world of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is as big as you'd expect from an Ubisoft game. It's full of useful Resources to collect and a fair few interesting mysteries, too. In this guide, we'll show you the full Map and point out where you can find some really useful stuff!

There are many points of interest on the Map, but we've chosen to highlight the most important ones: Tarsyu Saplings (which give you Skill Points), Bellsprigs (which increase your permanent Health), and Sarentu Totems (which can unlock unique equipment Designs).

Below, you'll find Maps with only Tarsyu Saplings and Bellsprigs shown for your convenience; you can find the Sarentu Totem Map in our dedicated guide to Sarentu Totems. All of our markers were confirmed firsthand.

How to Fast Travel

You can fast travel by highlighting an appropriate point of interest on the Map and holding the appropriate button; on PC, the button is F.

You can only fast travel to certain locations:

  • Major bases and towns (such as Resistance Headquarters or Hometree)
  • Most Resistance Field Labs
  • Most Na'vi Camps
  • Most defeated RDA facilities
  • Rarely, unique story locations

Naturally, you cannot fast travel while in combat. You may be erroneously flagged as "in combat" while flying on your Ikran; in those cases, you can land and hop off your Ikran -- you should then be able to fast travel again.

How to Access the Upper Plains and Clouded Forest

You can access the Upper Plains (the northern area of the Map) and the Clouded Forest (the western area of the Map) by progressing through the Story. You will be unable to travel into these areas on foot until you've unlocked these new areas properly.

You won't be able to fly into these new zones with your Ikran, either -- your giant alien chicken companion will immediately turn around if you attempt to fly into them too early.

Don't waste your time trying to get into these areas before you're supposed to. Instead, direct your energy toward playing through Story Quests so you can unlock them properly!

You can only reveal more of the Map by actually walking around (or flying around) and uncovering what's behind the fog.

Notable Locations in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora

Here are some of the notable locations you'll go to in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora.

Resistance Headquarters

Resistance Headquarters is your main base for most of the game. You can purchase Resistance Weapons and Armor here. It is also a good source of side quests, such as the "Crush" side quest.

Hometree

Hometree is the home of the Aranahe Clan, the first Na'vi clan you'll interact with in the story. They have Food, Weapons, and Armor that you can receive if you have enough Clan Favor. This place is also a good source of side quests.

Laser Ore Processor Alpha

Laser Ore Processor Alpha is an incredibly dangerous RDA base that you won't be able to enter easily. Don't attempt to do so until the game gives you the okay.

The Circle

The Circle is home to the Zeswa Clan, a mighty group of Na'vi who roam the Upper Plains on Direhorse Mounts. They have Food, Weapons, and Armor available for purchase, along with a healthy number of side quests.

Resistance Hideout

The Resistance Hideout is an auxiliary base for the Resistance that opens up once you've unlocked the Clouded Forest. It has much of the same functionality as the Resistance Headquarters did in the first two acts, but in a different location.

The Hollows

The Hollows are home to the enigmatic Kame'tire Clan, a group of renowned Na'vi healers. They, too, have a solid mix of Food, Weapons, Armor, and side quests, but it won't be easy to earn their trust.

TAP Con-1

TAP Con-1 is an abandoned RDA facility that is the key to learning about your early childhood on Pandora. The area surrounding it is enveloped by a deadly green mist called Yava which can kill you (or your Ikran) very quickly if you try to go inside of it.

Drill Base Omega

Drill Base Omega is a heavily fortified RDA base and the main regional base for John Mercer, the Director of Frontier Operations and the primary antagonist of the game.
