Disney Dreamlight Valley Minnie Guide | Unlocks & Details

Unlocking characters in Disney Dreamlight Valley is vital to progression and success. Minnie Mouse is one of the characters you will be able to bring back to the Valley, and she comes with quite a few perks when you finally get her out of the dark and twisted realm she has been stuck in for ages,  as well as bonus Friendship tier unlocks. In this Disney Dreamlight Valley Minnie Guide, we will discuss how to unlock Minnie Mouse, and what she can do for you and your village. 

How to Unlock Minnie in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Minnie Mouse is of course within Disney Dreamlight Valley, and finally getting her back from the depths of a twisted nightmare realm is quite the task. Mickey of course is absolutely devastated that she has vanished, and constantly reminds you how much he truly misses her. As you begin the game, Mickey will be one of the main characters who stayed within the Valley during the Forgetting, but he never forgot about Minnie. Mickey will give you a very long line of quests, where he asks you to prepare some of Minnie's favorite meals, set up a wonderful picnic in her memory, as well as finally help her escape the realm she has been trapped in.

Using some of Merlin's magic, Mickey has her iconic hair bow drenched in a spell that allows you two to see her on the other side of this realm within the Valley. This is where she tells you that in order to get her out, you will need to use more powerful magic. Merlin will then give Mickey a recipe for the Dreamlight Magnifier, where you will need to collect the following in order to craft it and save Minnie Mouse:

• x1 Memory of Minnie
• x6 Tinkering Parts 
• x2 Hardwood 
• x1 Emerald

Once you have acquired all of those items, you will then need to craft the Dreamlight Magnifier using each of those items at your crafting table. You will bring the Magnifier back to Mickey, where you can finally see and hear Minnie without her disappearing back into the nightmare realm. Finally, using just a bit more of Merlin's magic, we can use our memories to bring her back into the Valley, but first, she needs a home of course! You will need to place her house somewhere inside the Valley, and suddenly she is teleported back to the Plaza, where you can go and interact with her to begin her friendship quests. 

Disney Dreamlight Valley Minnie Friendship Level Unlocks

Each character comes with a set of bonus unlocks that you can obtain by growing your friendship level with each of them. All of them offer different things, so let's discuss each bonus unlock Minnie Mouse has to offer: 

• Friendship Level 1: Unlocks the Character Minnie Mouse 
• Friendship Level 2: Unlocks a Minnie Mouse Bow Headband
• Friendship Level 3: Unlocks an Outfit Overlay
• Friendship Level 4: Unlocks 500 Star Coins
• Friendship Level 5: Unlocks a Chair to use as Furniture
• Friendship Level 6: Unlocks a Decoration 
• Friendship Level 7: Unlocks 1,000 Star Coins 
• Friendship Level 8: Unlocks a Minnie Mouse Bed
• Friendship Level 9: Unlocks a Decoration
• Friendship Level 10: Unlocks the Minnie Mouse-Themed Dress
  • in order to unlock tier 10, you must also complete all of Minnie's friendship quests.
