Disney Dreamlight Valley Shop Guide - How Shops Work

Each and every Disney Dreamlight Valley Shop offers something interesting to sell, but you won't be able to buy much right away -- all of the Shops are in disrepair.

It's up to you to fix up the Shops by investing in them, gathering Crafting materials, or completing Quests. It won't be easy, but it will be worth it: there are hundreds of items to collect in the game!

Chez Remy

Chez Remy is the restaurant run by the adorable rat Remy from Ratatouille.

How to Unlock Chez Remy

You can unlock Chez Remy by helping Remy complete his quest "An Important Night at the Restaurant."

What Does Chez Remy Sell?

Chez Remy sells the following items:

• Cheese - 180 Star Coins
• Milk - 230 Star Coins
• Egg - 220 Star Coins
• Butter - 190 Star Coins
• Peanut - 200 Star Coins
  • Unlocked after completing the Quest "Remy's Recipe Book" for Remy.
• Slush Ice - 150 Star Coins
  • Unlocked after completing the Quest "The Unknown Flavor" for Remy.

Shop Cost and Upgrades

Remy's Shop is fairly cheap, costing a total of 16,000 Star Coins from start to finish.

Initial Construction

• Cost - 2,000 Star Coins (for Restaurant Furniture Kit)
• Effect - Opens Chez Remy

Upgrade 1

• Cost - 4,000 Star Coins
• Effect - Adds more tables and chairs inside the restaurant.

Upgrade 2

• Cost - 10,000 Star Coins
• Effect - Adds more tables and chairs inside the restaurant.

Kristoff's Stall

Kristoff's Stall is a majorly useful addition to Dreamlight Valley -- I strongly advise you focus on helping him as soon as you can. The ability to buy his items will save you a lot of time in the long run!

How to Unlock Kristoff's Stall

You can unlock Kristoff's Stall by completing his Quest "Village Project: A Mountain Man's Stall."

What Does Kristoff's Stall Sell?

Kristoff's Stall sells a variety of Crafting materials, saving you the trouble of having to run around and get them yourself. The Top Row of items remains the same and the Bottom Row appears to rotate daily.

• Softwood - 5 Star Coins
• Stone - 2 Star Coins
• Sand - 8 Star Coins

Bottom Row (3 of These Items)

• Coal - 5 Star Coins
• Brick - 130 Star Coins
• Glass - 50 Star Coins
• Snowball - 25 Star Coins

Shop Cost and Upgrades

Kristoff's Stall doesn't cost money to upgrade; rather, you need to provide him with specific items.

Initial Cost

• Cost - 50 Softwood, 50 Stone, 35 hardwood, 10 Iron Ingots

• Cost - 1 Fiber, 1 Brick, 1 Glass, 1 Iron Ingot

Scrooge McDuck is down on his luck, but you can help him get back on his feet.

You can unlock Scrooge McDuck's Store by investing in it early in the game.

What Does Scrooge McDuck's Store Sell?

Scrooge McDuck's Store sells Clothing and Furniture. The available stock rotates every day.

Shop Cost and Upgrades

Scrooge's Shop can be upgraded to a positively massive size, allowing it to sell a mix of Furniture and Clothing of all sizes.

Initial Cost

• Cost - 1,000 Star Coins
• Effect - Opens the store.

Upgrade 1

• Cost - 6,000 Star Coins
• Effect - Adds room for more Furniture and Clothing.

Upgrade 2

• Cost - 22,000 Star Coins
• Effect - Adds a second floor, adding even more room for Furniture.

Goofy's Stalls

Goofy's Stalls are found in every Zone/Village with the exception of the Plaza. Each Stall sells 3 Crops unique to that area, massively expanding your options for Farming and Cooking. Stalls can be unlocked after you pay for their initial repair when you gain access to each new Zone.
