In this Crisis Core Reunion All Mission Unlocks and Rewards guide we'll go over some key missions that you'll want to be aiming to complete, as well as how to unlock every mission, its difficulty level, and what you'll get for completing it.
While the Crisis Core Reunion storyline is a lot of fun it might leave you wanting for more. Alongside the story and side-quests that Zack will encounter in the full game, there are 300 missions for Zack to complete as a member of Soldier.
Crisis Core Reunion Mission Completion Reward
As you complete the missions you'll frequently earn rewards based on your completion progression. To start these include basic Materia or equipment but as you progress you can get some of the most powerful items in the game through this completion.
If you complete all 300 missions, including defeating the Superboss in Mission M9-6-6 then you will obtain the item Heike Soul. The description for this item is simply "Grants supreme power, but at a terrible price." When you have the Heike Soul equipt you'll have the following benefits:
- Increases the effect of consumables (Same as Smart Consumer Lv. 1)
- Enables equipped magic to be cast twice in succession (Same as Dualcast)
- Enables detection of target's status (Same as libra)
- Increases attack impact and defense by expending SP (Same as SP Master Lv. 1)
- Sets damage and HP limit at 99,999
- Sets MP and AP limit at 9,999
- Adds Poison, Silence, Stun, Stop, and Death effects to normal attacks. All effects have a base activation rate of 100% and Stun and Stop effects are permanent
- Absorbs all elements
- Automatically uses potion when HP is under ¼
- Doubles gil, items, and materia dropped by enemies
- Increases enemy item drop probability
- Guarantees a successful steal from an enemy
- Curse status is always active (This means no DMW wheel)
This will invalidate some of the most powerful equipment in the game such as the Genji Armor freeing up more equipment slots and is an incredible item to own. By the time you've obtained it it's likely that you've already completed everything else in the game and are as powerful as you want to be but if you're moving into a Hard Mode playthrough of the game then it's going to make that challenge much easier.
