Our LEGO Fortnite Food & Recipes Guide will go over how you can start making food, and the benefits provided by each cooking recipe.
Managing Hunger
The main use of food in LEGO Fortnite is to manage your hunger. This is the circular segmented meter in the top left, which goes down over time. All food will increase this meter by a certain amount, with some also giving beneficial effects.
Since food, like most other items, stacks up to 30 per inventory slot, you can carry a lot with you. It's always worth at least taking a stack of berries if you plan on exploring away from your village.
Gatherable Foods
You can gather a good number of foods around the world, as well as grow them. Fruit and vegetables is gathered from plants in the world, while animals can be pet to make them drop produce.
It's also possible to make Garden Plots using Soil and Fertilizer, and then plant seeds to grow more fruit and vegetables.
Here's the different LEGO Fortnite Foods you can collect and eat as you explore the world.
- Corn - Available in the Grasslands biome. Can be turned into Flour using a Grain Mill.
- Egg - Pet chickens in the Grasslands.
- Meat - Dropped by most creatures, including Sheep, Cows, Chickens, and Wolves.
- Milk - Pet Cows in the Grasslands or Mountain Cows in the Frostlands.
- Pumpkin - Available in the Grasslands.
- Raspberry - Available in the Grasslands.
- Slap Berry - Available in Shores.
- Spicy Pepper - Available in Dry Valleys (Deserts).
- Cheese - Currently seems to only be found in chests.
- Snow Berry - Available in the Frostlands.
