How to Unlock the Palia Plumehound Pilgrimage Quest

You can unlock the Palia Plumehound Pilgrimage Quest by unlocking the Vault of Waves Bundles. That means you'll have to complete the Echoes of the Unknown Quest, among others.

Here's how to complete the Palia Plumehound Pilgrimage Quest, step by step.

Talk to Hassian

After you've unlocked the Vault of Waves, you'll get a letter in the mail from Hassian. Go and speak with him and he'll tell you that Tau has disappeared and that you'll have to find him in Bahari Bay.

Follow Tau's Trail

Your next step will be to follow Tau's Trail in Bahari Bay, starting at one of Hassian's Hunting camps. You can run directly to the endpoint, but it's worth making all of the stops for free loot.

Here's a map showing each of the places you'll have to make a stop:

You can find the direction Tau ran in by following the direction of his tracks on the ground. Each stopping point will have some random junk that you can collect.

When you reach the end, you'll find another unpowered Flow Battery. This time, you'll have to bring it to Sifuu.

Talk to Sifuu, Then Zeki

Take the Flow Battery you just found to Sifuu. Talk to her and she'll tell you that she can't do much about it just yet, but Zeki might be able to help you.

Head on over to Zeki and he'll tell you that you'll need Flowstones. Fortunately, he's hidden several of them away in Bahari Bay's Pavel Mines. It's time to go back to Bahari Bay!

Collect the Flowstones

Enter the Pavel Mines in Bahari Bay. You'll have to find five Flowstones in the area around the mines. Here's where to find them:

Collect the Flowstone Near a Ruin Location

The Flowstone near a ruin location is located at one of the places where the Pavel Mines tunnels breach through a wall near water.

Collect the Flowstone Near an Exit Location

The Flowstone near an exit location is found in the location shown in the above image. Unfortunately, it seems that it's bugged for the launch of this new content, so you may not be able to find it until the developers issue a patch to fix this problem.

Collect the Flowstone Near Water Location

The flowstone near a water location is found in the underground pond with the little docks at the bottom of Pavel Mines.

Collect the Flowstone Near Barrels Location

The Flowstone near barrels location is found next to these two barrels at the top of Pavel Mines.

Collect the Flowstone Up High Location

The Flowstone up high location is found in the vertical shaft toward the top of Pavel Mine. It's easiest to get this by climbing to the highest entrance and then dropping down until you see it.

Bring the Flowstone to Zeki

Now that you have all five Flowstones, you'll have to bring them to Zeki. Unfortunately, you can't just visit him at any time; you'll have to meet him in the Underground.

Zeki can be found in the Underground between 6:00 PM and 3:00 AM Palian Time. You can access it by going behind the counter of his shop or going into the Sewers as noted in our Map Guide. Zeki will take the Flowstone and the Battery, quickly turning them into an Overcharged Battery.

Bring the Overcharged Battery to Sifuu

Your final step will be to bring the Overcharged Battery to Sifuu. Sifuu will take the Battery from you and instruct you to meet her and Hassian inside the Temple of the Flames. This starts the next Quest: "A Catalyzing Caper."
