Should I fall asleep or stay awake in class in Persona 3 Portable?

During classes there will also be times that you're not asked a question, but instead decide whether you want to nap through a class or stay awake. If you fall asleep you will become more rested, but if you stay awake you will gain further stat points. There's a chance that staying awake could lead you to be tired, and if you do find your character tired you can go to the Faculty Office Hallway on the first floor of the school and visit the school nurse who will give you a mystery pill to take that will cure your tiredness, boost your courage, and also will not take up a portion of your day.
