Today famous rapper and songwriter Post Malone teased a collaboration with the popular battle royale hero shooter Apex Legends.
According to a brief video shared on the rapper's X (formerly Twitter) account in which he is seen sprawled on the ground, asking whether someone can revive him.
The post promised "two weeks of beautiful mayhem" and at the end of the video, we can see art with a release date of November 7.
At the moment, the specifics of the collaboration have not been announced, but the official X account of the game responded to Post Malone's post (you see what I did here) with a hand-heart emoji.
It'll certainly be interesting to see what this is all about when Electronic Arts and Respawn Entertainment provide more details down the line. The event is in over three weeks, so we'll likely have to wait a little longer to learn more.
Apex Legends is currently available for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch. A mobile version also used to exist, but it was discontinued, with Electronic Arts planning to create a new one better connected with the version for home platforms.
The game is currently in its Season 18, titled "Resurrection," which is scheduled to close at the end of the month, meaning that the collaboration event with Post Malone will likely be part of the yet unannounced Season 19.
Incidentally, Post Malone made TCG gaming news by purchasing the one-of-a-kind Magic: The Gathering The One Ring card for an undisclosed amount.
