PS Plus has got off to a pretty good start in 2024, with a solid January lineup of games from Focus Entertainment and Drinkbox.

But, the service doesn't seem like it has any chance of slowing down as Sony has continued to attach several great games to its Essential tier since PS Plus was revamped in 2022.

Suppose you are looking for what to expect this month. In that case, this article has everything you need to know about the PS Plus February 2024 games, including which titles are leaving when the new games will be announced for the Essential tier, and any leaks that emerge before an official announcement.

PS Plus February 2024 games

The PS Plus February 2024 games set to arrive and leave this month are:

Foamstars - available from February 6, 2024 (PS5, PS4)

Rollerdrome - available from February 6, 2024 (PS5, PS4)

Steelrising - available from February 6, 2024 (PS5)

These new games for February will be available to add to your PS5 and PS4 library from February 6, 2024.

Foamstars

Foamstars is a 4v4 multiplayer shooter that is Splatoon in all but name. Set in a collection of glitzy arenas, you will spray the arena with foam to dominate the battlefield, surfing on your foam to get around quickly, slow down other players, and kill them with your weapons.

From an elimination-based free-for-all mode, to a team deathmatch-style mode where one player becomes uber powerful after 7 kills in a match, there are a variety of different match types, in addition to a collection of different characters to choose from. Additionally, there are some single player challenges to test out your skills with the six characters and seasonal updates planned for at least the next year.

Overall, we enjoyed the game and had fun playing it at Summer Game Fest Play Days last year. However, as with most live-service games its longevity is still up in the air. You can read our full Foamstars preview here.

Rollerdrome

If multiplayer action isn't for you, then Rollerdrome offers a fantastic single-player experience set in a combat arena. Skating on rollerstakers, you engage in the brutal blood sport of killing enemies, machines, and other champions of the arena, all while pulling off skills and trickshots as you flip, jump and grind along rails.

It's a great title from the skating masters at Roll7, who also developed the OlliOlli series. The game is sat at a 79 on Metacritic.

Steelrising

Steelrising is a souls-like set in the French Revolution. Automatons have taken over the streets of Paris and as Aegis, you have to fight off incredible machines and technological marvels as you slay Louis XVI's army.

We enjoyed Steelrising in our review, giving the game a 7 out of 10 and saying "Steelrising never quite feels like a cohesive experience, but its warring halves of Soulslike combat and narrative RPG storytelling are compelling enough in and of themselves."

These three games currently available are worth checking out too as we loved them. Evil West is a fantastic, combat-focused action game that scored an 8 in our Evil West review. From the developers behind Shadow Warrior, we praised its excellent combat, diverse and rewarding arsenal of weapons, and great enemy design.

Drinbox's latest, Nobody Saves The World is an inventive action RPG that allows you to mix-and-matching abilities within combat to create a satisfying gameplay loop. Our full Nobody Saves The World review dives into what works about the game so well.

Finally, we gave Amicia and Hugo's latest step in their journey an 8 out of 10 in our A Plague Tale Requiem review.

That covers everything we know about the PS Plus February 2024 games and when you can expect them to drop. Stay tuned for next month's lineup.
