Today Bandai Namco announced the detailed release and pre-load times for its upcoming fighting game Tekken 8 for all regions.
The announcement made on the series' official X (formerly Twitter) account reveals that the game will be available to download today at 3:00 p.m. PST, 6:00 p.m. EST, and tomorrow 0:00 a.m. CET, and 08:00 a.m. JST.
Of course, you'll have to wait for January 25 or 26 (depending on where you are) to actually play the game, and below you can see the specific times for each region.
Basically, if you're in central Europe, you'll get to play the game at midnight on the dot. Players in the Americas will play on January 25 at 3:00 p.m. PST or 6:00 p.m. EST, while it'll be January 26 in Asia and Oceania when the game's floodgates open.
Tekken 8 is the brand new fighting game of the popular Tekken series, and it'll launch with a whopping 32 playable characters. Among them, there are a few new ones including Azucena, Victor Chevalier, and Reina.
Of course, nowadays fighting games don't stop at release, so there is already a Season Pass coming with four DLC characters that will be released every quarter starting with Eddy Gordo in the spring. The remaining three characters have not been revealed just yet.
The game is launching for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, and if you want a physical version for your collection, you can still pre-order it on Amazon.
