During the Warhammer World Championship Preview, Games Workshop has a few relevant reveals to share about Warhammer 40k.
First of all, we get an extension of the roadmap of Codex releases for the brand-new 10th edition of the popular miniature wargame all the way into the summer of 2024.
The Winter will see the release of the Codex Adeptus Mechanicus and Necrons, the spring will follow with Dark Angels, Orks, Adeptus Custodes, T'au Empire, and Chaos Space Marines, while the summer will bring Genestealer Cults and Adepta Sororitas.
We also got a few reveals of miniatures for two of the armies mentioned above, starting with the Dark Angels who are getting a new plastic kit for the famous Interrogator-Chaplain Asmodai.
He comes with two choices of heads, depending on whether you prefer the classic hood or the halo, and two choices of backpacks, with and without the incense clouds.
Asmodai isn't the only Dark Angels plastic kit revealed at the event, as we also get one dedicated to the first company of the chapter, the feared Deathwing terminators.
The Deathwing Knights set includes enough pieces to create five miniatures with plenty of variations in terms of headgear and weaponry. You even get a teleport homer and a Watcher in the Dark.
Moving on to something completely different, Games Workshop also revealed a relevant miniature for your Necron army, the powerful Cryptek Orikan the Diviner.
You can check out what he looks like in the gallery below.
