The Xbox Series is Microsoft's third home console, with the Xbox Series X and Series S releasing worldwide on November 10, 2020. While both consoles are considered part of the same generation, they each have different internal hardware.
The Xbox Series X is designed for 4K 60 FPS gaming, while the Series S aims for a 1080/1440p resolution and features no Blu-ray drive. The drop in performance is accompanied by a large price cut, costing $200 less than the Series X in North America.
All games are currently available for both versions of the Xbox Series, with new first-party titles being made available day-one for Microsoft's subscription service Xbox Game Pass.
